Invoice Due Dates Per Client (Xero Only)
You can now set Invoice due dates individually for each client within MyTrucking. When invoices are posted to Xero, the correct due date is automatically calculated based on the rule assigned to that client.
This removes the need to manually adjust invoice due dates in Xero for clients with special payment arrangements.

Client Office Notes
Similar to Job Office Notes, the Client Office Notes allow you to record internal information directly against your client records.

Search Clients by Postcode
You can now search using a clients postcode throughout MyTrucking, making it easier to locate clients and locations.
Postcode search is available wherever client and location searches are performed, including:

Edit a Job and Email the Consignment Note in One Step
Previously, if you made changes to a job before emailing a consignment note, you needed to save and exit the job, then reopen it before sending the Email Consignment Note.
Now you can simply click Email Consignment Note and your updates will be saved automatically before the Consignment Note is sent.

Import & Review Improvements
When reviewing a job with a warning indicator, you'll now be returned directly to the job list once you've finished reviewing the job. This makes it easier to continue reviewing additional jobs or bulk accept the remaining items.
When there is an address mismatch the job must be reviewed.

We've made attachments more powerful, flexible, and easier to manage by helping you keep all your job information together in one place.

Add attachments while creating a job
No need to save the job first and then edit it. Simply drag and drop files from your email or browse your computer to attach documents as you create the job.Add attachments to contracts

Custom Report Update
The start and end time duration is an automatic calculation which was recently added to the mobile app and is now available to select to display in custom reports.

Updates on the Daysheet
Sort Contracts by clicking the column headings within the Contracts section. Contracts can now be sorted by Origin, Destination, Charge, and Product, making it quicker and easier to find the contract you need when creating jobs.
Display the Order/Ref# column on the Daysheet, making it easy to view customer references at a glance. Simply click the Settings ⚙️ icon and select /deselect Order/Ref# from the list of available columns.
Don't have the Order/Ref # enabled? Enable it within the General Settings.

Report Updates
One-click report downloads
Downloading reports is now more efficient. Previously, reports needed to be generated before they could be downloaded. Now, a single click will generate and download the report automatically.
Mobile App Updates
Track Job Time Easily
If Start and End Times are enabled, the app can now automatically calculate the time between them - saving your drivers time and reducing manual effort. Don't have the Start and End times enabled, you can enable it in the General Settings.
Nett Weight Auto Calculation
If weight fields are enabled, entering the Gross and Tare will now automatically calculate the Nett weight - saving time and reducing manual errors.
Drivers can focus on capturing the required weights without needing to manually calculate the result. Don't have the weight fields enabled, you can enable them in the General Settings.

Units Shown in Product List
Product units are now visible when adding jobs in the mobile app, making it quicker and easier to select the right items with confidence.
This is especially useful for companies working with multiple products that use different units such as tonnes, cubic metres, hours, or loads. Product units are set up directly on the Product. To add, view or change the units, go to the Products menu.
⚠️ Android Users: Please Update Between Jobs
This update includes changes to the Android app's local data structure.
As part of the update process, the app refreshes its locally stored information and re-syncs data from MyTrucking. To avoid interrupting work in progress, we recommend that drivers:
Complete any active jobs
Submit any outstanding job information
Update the app between jobs
Active job information that has not yet been submitted, such as quantities, signatures, photos, and other job details stored on the device, should be submitted before updating.
Information that has already been submitted and synced to MyTrucking will remain available after the update.

Automatic Delivery Notifications & Invoice Description Updates
We’ve made it easier to keep everyone informed and improve the detail you share with customers.
Automatic Delivery Notifications
You can now send notifications to multiple email addresses (separated by a comma), so customers, admins, and teams all receive updates - no forwarding required.

Invoice Descriptions
You can now include additional fields in your invoice descriptions, such as Driver, Delivered Date, Registration, and Order/Ref #.

Add Products on the fly

Bulk Mark Jobs as Done
On the daysheet you can now bulk mark jobs as done using the bulk select tick box for each group of jobs.

Bulk Select on Invoice by Charge Client Page
If you have the Order/Ref field enabled, you can bulk select jobs by order number on the Invoice by Charge Client page. If you don't have the Order/Ref field enabled, you can add it on the General Settings.

Job Sharing with Inter MyTrucking
You can now share a subcontracted job with another subcontractor, who can in turn assign it to their subcontractor. Keeping all 3 companies, including you, connected, while your pricing remains visible only to you.

We've made a change to Fuel levies. You can have multiple different FAF percentages and apply them to your clients.

Previously a beta feature, we have now released Job Sharing with Inter-MyTrucking to all companies on the New Daysheet.
Share jobs directly with other MyTrucking companies in just a few clicks. Add your subcontractors, assign the job, and track clear statuses at a glance (Sent, Accepted, Completed). When the subcontractor’s driver uploads the job, key job details flow back to you automatically, saving time and paperwork.
