  • Click TODAY to return to today’s jobs.

Jobs on the Daysheet

Assigning a Date

If a job doesn't have a date assigned, it will appear as an unscheduled job.

To assign a date:

  1. Click the Calendar icon.

  2. Select the required date.

  3. Click Save.

Assigning a Vehicle

Jobs without a vehicle assigned will appear at the top of each day.

To assign a vehicle:

  1. Select a vehicle from the Vehicle dropdown.

  2. Click Save.

Sorting Your Daysheet

Click any blue column heading to group your jobs. Common groupings are Driver, Vehicle or Location.

Your selected sort order will be remembered and used as your default view.

Sorting Contracts on the Daysheet

You can also click on the blue column headings to sort the Contracts list independently of the main Daysheet.

By default, contracts are sorted by Contract ID, from oldest to newest.

You can sort the list by clicking any column heading:

  • First click: Groups the contracts in ascending order.

  • Second click: Groups the contracts in descending order.

  • Third click: Removes the grouping and returns the list to the default order (Contract ID, oldest to newest).

Job Ordering - Drag-and-drop or Pickup Time

You can quickly reorder jobs using drag and drop.

To change the order of jobs:

  1. Click and hold a job.

  2. Drag it to the required position within the vehicle run.

  3. Release to save the new order.

This makes it easy to adjust the day's schedule as priorities change, without needing to update pickup times.

Things to know:

  • Drag-and-drop can be enabled in the General Settings

  • Jobs can be reordered within the same vehicle run using drag and drop.

  • The new order is immediately reflected on the Daysheet.

  • Drivers using the mobile app will see jobs in the updated order.

  • If required, you can use the Pickup Time field to help plan your day.

💡 Tip: Drag and drop is ideal when you need to quickly adjust the running order of jobs during the day without changing any job details.

Unassigned & Unscheduled Jobs

  • Unassigned jobs for a date appear at the top of that day.

  • Unscheduled jobs (no date) appear at the bottom.

  • Contracts also show at the bottom.

Keep track of who you've spoken to

Use the status icons to manage client contact, click to cycle through the icons. These can be used for the Origin Client, Destination Client & the Driver so you can easily see if they have been notified of the job.

💡Top Tip

Drivers using the mobile app do not need to be notified as they already have the job details and will receive an automatic notification if job information is changed.
