With COVID-19 across the world, the transport sector has moved quickly to change their processes to go ‘contactless’ and minimise any exposure or spread of the virus.

There are several areas where MyTrucking can help with maintaining physical distance between you, your drivers, and your customers. Watch the video now or read more info below:

1. Dockets/paperwork

Your drivers can take photos of all their paperwork in their MyTrucking mobile app. These photos will instantly come back to your main MyTrucking – no waiting for paperwork, and no chance of contamination. The orange phone on your daysheet will show a red dot when there is an attachment for you to check.

2. Delivery confirmation

Your customers can automatically receive an email once the driver has delivered the load. Simple & contactless! It won’t show pricing etc to your customer and is one less piece of paper to handle.

If the driver has collected a signature (via sign on glass), or taken images on the mobile app, these will also be sent through and attached to the email.

3. Email dockets & load details

Once the load is completed, you can manually choose from your MyTrucking, which dockets and attachments to send to the customer. These are emailed directly from your MyTrucking. Quick, easy, and no paper.

4. Attachments to job

Add relevant paperwork to a job as an electronic attachment in MyTrucking, and it will go out to the mobile app, and reduce close contact for drivers.

5. Automated Texting Destination

Your customers can receive a Text message confirming the truck is on its way by utilising our integration with Burst SMS.

6. Customer Portal

You can invite your customers to have access to your own customer portal so they can see their job information in realtime. ie updated quantities, status of job & any dockets/paperwork from the driver. Click here to read more on Customer Portal.
