Job Attachments

Attach files to your jobs

You can attach files to a job from the Edit Job page, if you are creating a job you need to click Save (Edit) first then the Add Attachment button will appear.

Add Attachments

  1. Click Add Attachment.

  2. A file browser will open. Select one or more files, then click Open.

    • To select multiple files, hold the Ctrl key while selecting.

Drag and Drop

  1. You can drag and drop files directly onto the Add Attachment button.

    Important: Files must be dropped directly onto the Add Attachment button. Dropping them anywhere else on the page will not upload the files.

  2. Once added, make sure you Save the job to upload the attachments.

File Types and Limits

  • Supported file types include images, PDFs, and Microsoft documents (e.g. JPG, PDF, DOC).

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB per file

  • You can upload up to 10 files at a time

    • To upload more, refresh or reload the page and repeat the process

View Attachments

  • Attached files will appear on the Edit Job page

  • Click a file to view it

  • Tick the checkbox to select files

The attached files will be shown on the Edit Job page: 

Delete Attachments

  1. Open the job and locate the attachment

  2. Click the ‘X’ in the top-right corner of the file

  3. Confirm deletion in the pop-up window

Email Attachments

Click Email to send attachments along with any Driver Returned images.

  • If files are already selected (ticked), they will automatically be included in the email

Attachments in the Mobile App

Any files attached to a job are available in the Mobile App.

  • Drivers can download and view attachments for jobs assigned to their vehicle

Client or Location Attachments

Client and Location Attachments allows essential documents related to a location client to be uploaded to the client and viewed directly through the drivers app. This feature ensures that all drivers have the necessary information at their fingertips, helping them to complete their tasks successfully and safely.
