You can attach files to your job by clicking the Add Attachment button on the Edit Job page.
A File Browser window will open where you can select the files to attach.
Select multiple files by using the CTRL key, then click Open to attach the files to the job.
You can attach images, PDF's and Microsoft documents (e.g. jpg, pdf, doc, etc).
The maximum file size (5 Mb).
You can upload a maximum of 10 files at a time. Additional files can be uploaded after the page has been reloaded.
The attached files will be shown on the Edit Job page:
Click on the file to view, or tick to select.
Delete Attachments
To delete attachments in Jobs, go to the job page, view the attachments and click on the 'x' in the top right-hand side corner of the image.
A pop up will appear asking you to confirm that you want the image deleted - you can choose to cancel or confirm.
Emailing Attachments
Clicking the Email button allows the attachments to be emailed along with any Driver Returned images. If files are already selected (by ticking the box), then they will already be selected to be attached to the email.
Attachments to the Mobile App
Any files attached to a job will be sent to the Mobile App for your Drivers to download and view. Drivers will only be able to view attachments on jobs that they can see on their devices (active jobs assigned to their vehicles).
Client or Location Attachments
Client and Location Attachments allows essential documents related to a location client to be uploaded to the client and viewed directly through the drivers app. This feature ensures that all drivers have the necessary information at their fingertips, helping them to complete their tasks successfully and safely.
