Tip 1: Did you know that your clients can submit job requests?

  • Invite your clients to the customer portal, they can request jobs and track job progress. More


Tip 2: Automatically notify your clients when a job is complete

  • An automatic delivery notification can be sent to the client when the job has been completed by a driver. More


Tip 3: Email your client the details of a job, including job attachments

  • Click the Email button from the Edit Job page to send a detailed consignment note. More


Tip 4: View all previous job history for a client

  • Scroll to the bottom of a client record to quickly find and review a clients past jobs.


Tip 5: You can drag the Location pin on maps

  • A handy feature when the physical location doesn’t align with the client address. Simply drag the pin to suit. More


Tip 6: Do you need to share important information about a location?

  • Client notes are sent to the driver with the job. Useful for requirements of a particular site. e.g. "Use side entrance"


Tip 7: You can mark a client as Non-Billable so that they will not be invoiced

  • Jobs are managed on the Daysheet as normal, but when ticked as ‘Done' the job skips Invoicing. More
