Adding attachments to your jobs has never been easier.
Whether you're working from an email, a folder on your computer, or a shared drive, you can simply drag and drop files directly into MyTrucking. There's no need to save the job first or browse through multiple folders to find your documents.
From site maps and safety instructions to customer paperwork and photos, important information can be attached in seconds and stored alongside your jobs.
Where Can I Drag and Drop Attachments?
Drag and drop attachments are available throughout MyTrucking, including:
Jobs
Add attachments while creating a new job or editing an existing one.
There's no need to save the job first. Simply drag and drop your files onto the Job page and save when you're ready.
Clients and Locations
Store documents against your Clients and Locations so important information is easy to find when needed.
Contracts
Upload documents directly to a contract and have them automatically copied to future jobs created from that contract.
Upload once and let MyTrucking do the rest.
Share Documents with Drivers
Not every attachment needs to be visible in the Driver App.
