Bulk Mark Jobs as Done

On the daysheet you can now bulk mark jobs as done using the bulk select tick box for each group of jobs.

Bulk Select on Invoice by Charge Client Page

If you have the Order/Ref field enabled, you can bulk select jobs by order number on the Invoice by Charge Client page. If you don't have the Order/Ref field enabled, you can add it on the General Settings.

Job Sharing with Inter MyTrucking

You can now share a subcontracted job with another subcontractor, who can in turn assign it to their subcontractor. Keeping all 3 companies, including you, connected, while your pricing remains visible only to you.

Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF)

We've made a change to Fuel levies. You can have multiple different FAF percentages and apply them to your clients.

Invoice numbers in Custom Reports

You can now include invoice numbers in Custom Reports

Available for: Xero, MYOB Essentials, Quickbooks Online CSV, Reckon IIF

Mobile app improvements

We’ve made an update to the mobile app allowing you to add display the Order/Ref field and moving the charge client name into it’s own field (instead of being in the notes).

Job Sharing with Inter‑MyTrucking - General Release

Previously a beta feature, we have now released Job Sharing with Inter-MyTrucking to all companies on the New Daysheet.

Share jobs directly with other MyTrucking companies in just a few clicks. Add your subcontractors, assign the job, and track clear statuses at a glance (Sent, Accepted, Completed). When the subcontractor’s driver uploads the job, key job details flow back to you automatically, saving time and paperwork.

Assign jobs to a driver from the mobile app

If your account has Show Driver enabled, you can now assign drivers to jobs directly from the mobile app. This will make it easier than ever to manage your jobs on the go. Simply edit the job on the mobile app and assign the driver.

Multi Leg - Roll Out Continued

We are continuing to roll out the new Multi-Leg to customers in batches. Multi-Leg is a new platform which includes the following great features:

  • Ability to add multiple legs to a job

  • Activity Dates - different pickup and drop off dates

  • Calendar View - Day Planner Beta

  • Option to multi select in all your Custom Reports

  • Client and Location Attachments - allows essential documents related to a location client to be uploaded to the client and viewed directly through the drivers app.

  • Ability to assign a driver and a vehicle to a job

  • Cost Rates - for Subbies or revenue apportioning

  • You can now give your Drivers the ability to see their Uploaded Jobs on the mobile app. (A top requested feature from drivers!)

Cost Rate

Cost Rate is a new tool to help you record and report on the cost of your jobs, especially when working with subcontractors or multiple vehicles.

With this feature, you'll be able to:

🚚 Assign cost rates to each leg of a job
🚚 Automatically populate rates based on previous activities
🚚 Report easily with the new Cost by Vehicle report

Calendar View - Day Planner

The Calendar view is a vehicle utilisation visualisation tool that enables busy dispatchers to see if their vehicles aren’t being used, and therefore under-utilised. Providing a Calendar view will allow users to see where there are opportunities to earn more income per vehicle.

Calendar View for the Daysheet is now available in BETA. It’s not the final version, but it’s close—and we’re inviting customers to try it out and give us feedback.

Archive User / Driver

We’ve made an improvement to how users are managed in MyTrucking. You can now archive users instead of deleting them. This means if someone returns or you need to restore their access, it’s just a click away.

Client Change History

As a Super User or Full Access User, you have the ability to view the history of changes made to a client's record. This can be useful in tracking who made changes and when they were made. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to access the Client History feature.

Multi Leg - Roll Out

Multi-Leg is a new feature which allows transporters to load a job with multiple legs, this would be for a scenario where an item is picked up and transported to an intermediate destination such as a stock yard or depot and unloaded before it is loaded again and transported to the destination. We are rolling this out to customers in batches.
