Tip 2: The MyTrucking Customer Portal – An online booking system

  • Your customers can submit job requests to you and monitor their progress. The job request will be waiting for you to approve and assign to a vehicle.


Tip 3: Bulk job requiring multiple loads? Load a bulk job as a contract

  • Go to Jobs – Add contract. MyTrucking will update the remaining qty as each load is complete. More


Tip 4: Pricing tools – Fixed rate, Last charged rate and Rate cards for Location or Distance

  • Rate cards read the client location or the distance field. Other rates are set against the product. More


Tip 5: The power of 3 Reference fields. Available in Account – General settings

  • Reference field information can be reported on, passed to invoices, included in automatic delivery notifications and in Consignment notes. More

  • Add an office note to jobs, select viewable app options, choose the Daysheet view, update invoice settings, tracking codes and more!
