The two main rate methods are set on each Product. You can manage them by going to Account > Products > Click on the Method Drop down for each Product you wish to change.

This method uses the rate that was previously used on the last job with same Charge Client, Origin, Destination and Product.

You can't pre-load rates as such, but once you enter the rate combo once it will auto rate it from there for you next time you load a job with the same Charge Client, Origin, Destination and Product.

The previous jobs will also be listed at the bottom of your screen to assist you with pricing. This is a huge time saver! No more hunting through old paperwork or spreadsheets.

This method is used if you charge the same set rate regardless of the client or destination eg: X amount per m3, km, or per hour for example.

You enter the rate in the rate field on the product.

There are two other ways of managing rates on jobs. They are:

Fixed Pricing is used when a customer is charged a set price for a load, regardless of the exact quantity carried. If the quantity is changed the price will remain fixed.

A rate card is a set of rates for a specific charge client. These can be based on specific combinations of Origin and Destinations, they can be distance based or location based.
