Tracking Codes
MyTrucking can use the Xero Tracking Categories to allow you to track the revenue generated by each vehicle. In Xero you can then run Profit and Loss reports to see how vehicles are performing.
Automatically add a Fuel Surcharge to your invoices
A Fuel Levy is an additional charge added to your invoice to cover fuel price variations.
The additional levy is an easily adjusted percentage of the invoice that allows the product rates to remain constant.
MyTrucking can automatically add a levy to your invoice for applicable Products and Clients.
Xero Invoice Number in MyTrucking
After you have posted your jobs to Xero for invoicing, the Xero invoice number will now show on the Find Job and Edit Job page in your MyTrucking
Attachments to Xero
When posting invoices to Xero, you now have the option to include all attachments that have been added to the job.
