What do the icons mean?

If the job does not yet have a vehicle assigned, or if the assigned vehicle is not linked to a driver using the mobile app, the edit button will be displayed as a blue pencil and no mobile phone icon will show on the vehicle field.

If the job is assigned to a vehicle that's used by a driver using the mobile app, you'll see the blue smartphone icon in the vehicle field

When the smartphone icon turns green, it means the driver has seen and accepted the job

When the smartphone icon turns yellow, it means the driver has completed the job

If the yellow phone icon has a red dot, it means there is something attached to the job eg: a drivers note, an image attachment, or POD signature

How to access the Edit job page?

Clicking on the pencil or mobile phone icon at the left of the daysheet screen will take you to the edit job page.
