If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it in MyTrucking. The passwords aren't visible to us, so they need to be reset if forgotten.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Ask for Assistance: You will need to ask someone in your company with Full Access or Super User access to log in to MyTrucking and reset the password for you.

  2. Resetting the Password:

    • Go to Account - Users.

    • Your list of users is displayed at the bottom of your page. Click on the username that requires resetting (the username is shown in blue). This will open the EDIT USER page.

    • From the Edit User page, you can simply type in a new password and click Save.

Password Requirements

The password must have a minimum of 6 characters and contain a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.

πŸ’‘ Top Tip

If there are no other super users, or the super user is not available to reset your password, you'll need to call us. We will ask you some security questions and reset the password for you.

Warning - too many password attempts

There is a warning presented to customers when a password is incorrect, letting them know there are limited retries. The account is locked when an incorrect password is attempted too many times. In this instance you'll need to call us so we can unlock your account.

Customer Portal Forgotten Password

If your customer has forgotten their Customer Portal password, they can reset it themselves by clicking on the forgot password link on the login page.
