How to reset or change your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself using the Forgot Password link on the MyTrucking login page.


Steps to Reset Your Password

Option 1: Use the Forgot Password Link

  1. Go to the MyTrucking login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your username and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

  4. Create a new password that meets the requirements below.

Option 2: Reset via a Super User (if needed)

If you cannot access your email, don’t receive the reset link or forgot your username, someone in your company with Full Access or Super User access can help you. Get them to:

  1. Log in to MyTrucking.

  2. Go to Account → Users.

  3. Find the username that needs resetting (shown in blue) and click it.

  4. On the Edit User page, type a new password and click Save.

💡 Top Tip
If there are no other super users, or the super user is unavailable, call us. We’ll ask security questions and reset the password for you.

Super users can reset all users passwords, Full Access can reset Full Access users and below - they can't reset a password for a Super User.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 characters.

  • Must include uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.

Warning – Too Many Password Attempts

If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be locked. In this case, you’ll need to call us so we can unlock your account.

There is a warning presented to customers when a password is incorrect, letting them know there are limited retries. The account is locked when an incorrect password is attempted too many times. In this instance you'll need to call us so we can unlock your account.

Customer Portal Forgotten Password

If your customer has forgotten their Customer Portal password, they can reset it themselves by clicking Forgot Password on the login page.

Tips for Keeping Your Account Secure

  • Use a password manager to create and store strong passwords.

  • Regularly update your password.

  • Never share your username or password.

  • Address billing concerns promptly to avoid unexpected access restrictions.
