If your driver has forgotten their password, it'll need to be reset by a Full Access or Super User. 

Reset via a Full Access or Super User

Find the username of the driver that needs resetting (shown in blue) and click it.

On the Edit User page, type a new password and click Save.

1. Log in to MyTrucking.
2. Go to Account → Users.
3. Find the username of the driver that needs resetting (shown in blue) and click it.
4. On the Edit User page, type a new password and click Save.

Must include uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.

- Minimum of 6 characters.
