  1. After logging into MyTrucking, go to Account - General Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the section heading Vehicle GPS Tracking and tick the check-box Enable EROAD Integration, then click SAVE.
  3. A field will now appear beneath the check-box where you can PASTE (CTRL V) the key that was copied from EROAD and click SAVE.
  4. Go to Account - Vehicles; You will see a RED mark next to any vehicle Registrations that have been matched with a vehicle/asset in EROAD.
If the vehicles in MyTrucking have their Registration entered, or have the same name in EROAD they will be matched automatically.
  5. Next to Add Vehicle you will see an Import Eroad Vehicles button: Click this button.
  6. This is where you match your vehicles in MyTrucking to the assets in EROAD. Click the dropdown box in MyTrucking Action column and select the MyTrucking Vehicle name that matches the EROAD device.

Not all assets in EROAD have to be matched with a vehicle in MyTrucking. If there are unmatched assets in EROAD you can either choose to Ignore this asset or to Create it as a vehicle in MyTrucking.

Once the vehicles are matched, the daily distance readings will start to be collected at midnight. This is the exciting feature! No more having to work out manually your per km rate per truck, MyTrucking will work this out for you!!

This information will be available for analysis from the Income by Vehicle Report.

There will also now be a MyTrucking tab in your EROAD. If you click on a truck, you will see the list of today's jobs for that truck.

This integration is all about making you run more efficiently and profitable by seeing how your trucks are performing. Any questions please let us know.

The MyTrucking Support Team
