Charge Client
Must match the Trading Name of the client in MyTrucking.Origin
Destination
Product
Optional Fields
Additional fields can be populated as required, including:
Job Date
Leave blank to create the job as Unscheduled
If entered, the format must be D/M/YYYY
PickupVehicleName
Must match the vehicle name exactly as it appears in MyTrucking
If left blank, the job will be Unassigned
DeliveryVehicleName
Used if you have separate pickup and delivery vehicles set up
For a job to be Unassigned, both vehicle fields must be blank
❗ Important
You cannot modify the structure of the report template.
All column names and formatting must remain exactly the same for the import to work correctly.
💡 Top Tip: Matching Data
If any field value does not exactly match an existing entry in MyTrucking, a new record will be created automatically.
For example:
If the product “Apple” is entered in the template
But “Apples” exists in MyTrucking
A new product called Apple will be created
To avoid duplicates, ensure names in your template match existing entries exactly.
💡Top Tip
If any of the entered fields do not match an entry in MyTrucking they will be created as new entries.
For example: if "Apple" is entered in the product field on the template, and in MyTrucking a product is setup as "Apples" a new product will be created.
