You can no longer delete a user or driver in MyTrucking. Instead, you can archive them. Archiving removes their access while keeping their data for future reference.
How to Archive a User or Driver
Go to Account > Users.
Click on the username of the person you want to remove.
Click Archive this user.
Important:
Your account must always have at least one Super User. If you are trying to archive the only Super User, youโll need to add another Super User first.
What Happens When You Archive a User or Driver
The user will lose access to MyTrucking.
All associated data remains stored for reporting and history.
Restoring an Archived User
Go to the Archived Users tab under Users.
Select the user you want to restore.
Click Restore this user.
Note: The same Super User rule applies, your account must have at least one Super User at all times.
