Why accounts are locked
Accounts are locked when invoices remain unpaid after multiple reminders.
Before any lock‑out happens, we make several attempts to remind you and get in touch. This will be via email to the email address we send invoices to.
What happens when an account is locked
When an account is locked:
Users will no longer be able to access the platform
A message will appear at login explaining that the account has been locked due to an overdue balance
How to get your account unlocked
To restore access:
Pay the outstanding invoice in full
Once payment is received, access will be restored as soon as possible
If you’ve already made payment and still can’t log in, please contact our support team so we can check this for you.
Accounts that remain unpaid long‑term
If an account is not being used and remains unpaid for an extended period, and we’re unable to make contact after several attempts, the account may be closed to prevent further debt from accumulating.
If a closed account is reactivated in the future, any previous outstanding balance will need to be settled before access is restored.
