Attachments to MYOB

Why can't attachments be sent from MyTrucking to MYOB

MyTrucking does not support sending attachments (such as PDFs or images) directly to MYOB.

This limitation is due to the way MYOB’s integration works — their API (the system we use to connect with MYOB) does not allow third-party apps to upload or attach files to invoices or transactions.

Our integration with MYOB is designed to streamline the transfer of job and invoice data, helping you save time and reduce manual entry. However, features like file attachments are outside the scope of what MYOB currently permits through their integration tools.

What You Can Do:

If you need to include supporting documents with your MYOB invoices, you can manually upload attachments directly within MYOB after the invoice has been created by MyTrucking.

We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we’ll continue to monitor any updates from MYOB that might allow us to expand this functionality in the future.
