Quick Tips: Getting the most from your Daysheet

Tip 1:  Is a job too big for one load? Look for the split icon

  • Split a job into multiple loads directly from your Daysheet. More


Tip 2: Do you need to see specific information at a glance? Docket number perhaps?

  • You can add a reference field to the Daysheet. Reference fields are powerful! More


Tip 3: Penciled in jobs?  You can apply a date directly from the Daysheet

  • Jobs with no date (unscheduled) sit at the bottom of the daysheet


Tip 4: Go to Account -  General Settings to select display options:

  • Times - Pickup and Delivery time options (doubles as a handy way to order your jobs)

  • Driver - Assign a Driver as well as a truck from the daysheet

  • Addresses - Displayed on your daysheet at a glance


Tip 5: Mobile phone icons

  • Blue = Sent to Driver

  • Green = Accepted by Driver

  • Yellow = Driver completed

  • What do the other icons mean? More


More about the Daysheet:

  • Click the headers to sort the day sheet, e.g. grouped jobs by Vehicle

  • Add a tick to the Done box to move jobs to Invoicing, you'll have greater review functions

  • Click the arrow beside the date to collapse the days job list.
