If you have jobs that are collected by one vehicle and delivered by another, you can configure MyTrucking to use two vehicles.

General Settings

Go to Account General Settings and tick the Delivery Vehicle option:

With this option turned on you will see two vehicles enabled on the Daysheet and when adding a job.

Vehicle 1 is the Pickup Vehicle and Vehicle 2 is the Delivery Vehicle.

Assigning Vehicles

You can assign the vehicles from the Daysheet or from the Add/Edit Job pages.

NOTE: If only one vehicle is being used on the job, you can assign just the Delivery Vehicle (Vehicle 2).

Mobile App

If two vehicles are assigned to a job, each vehicle will receive the job on the Mobile App. Each driver can return their leg independently.

This also applies if you assign the same vehicle to both legs of the job.  The driver will receive two job notifications and be able to return the pickup leg and later the delivery leg. Once the delivery leg is returned, the job is removed from the App.

Mobile App Status Icon

When two vehicles are configured to be used, the Mobile App Status is relevant to each individual vehicle. The icon indicating the status is shown next the the vehicle (rather the the left of the job for a single vehicle configuration).

Driver Returned Data

Clicking on the Edit Job Icon (the blue pencil) will open the edit job page. If drivers have returned data for a leg of the job, the information is displayed beneath the Job.

Any images attached to each leg will also be displayed in the Driver Returned Data:
