MyTrucking does not permanently delete information. If you would like to remove a job it must be cancelled.

Edit Job Page

Cancelling a job is done from the Edit Job page. Click on the Edit Icon (the blue pencil or phone icon) from the Daysheet, Invoicing or Find Jobs pages. 

On the very right of the job details line there is a Cancel checkbox.
Tick this box and click Save. The job will now be marked as Cancelled.

Restoring a Cancelled Job

A job can be restored to an active state by simply un-ticking the Cancel checkbox from the Edit Job page and Saving.

To find a Cancelled job, go to the Find Jobs page and tick on the Cancelled Job Status checkbox.

When the search is done, the Cancelled jobs will now be included in the search results. The Cancelled jobs have a status of (D) and are highlighted by red text.
