If you have the Split Job function turned on you will see the Split Icon next to the product on the Daysheet:

However, if you have made the job a "Fixed Price" (by entering a value into the total field) then it is not possible to split the job.

A Fixed Price job is intended to be for a single load at a set price, whereas a split job is intended for multiple loads.
