A – This is a feature enjoyed by all our users. MyTrucking will show all previous pricing for a particular product from the same destination to origin. It will then list these down the bottom of your screen to assist you at pricing time. This is a huge time saver! No more having to go through old paper work or spreadsheets, its all right in front of you.

Q – Can more than one person use MyTrucking?

A – Yes of course. You can have as many people as possible logged into your MyTrucking account. It is always being refreshed & updated and is real time information. You can be at home, office, on your iPad or even your phone and be logged in while others are logged in. All you need is your login and password.

Q – What reporting can be done within MyTrucking?

Currently in your MyTrucking you can simple produce the following reports: Income by Truck, Invoice Report, Charged To report, Works Buyer Report, Agent Report, Destination Report and Truck & Date report. These are all very simple to produce. 

The Custom Reporting feature allows all the job information in MyTrucking to be displayed and filtered in a variety of ways.  

Q – Does MyTrucking integrate with other programmes?

Yes MyTrucking does integrate with other programmes. We currently integrate with Xero, MYOB, emPower, Accredo, Quickbooks and Cash Manager Accomplish. Send us a message to find out more.
