Merge and Archive Clients
Your clients in MyTrucking can now be merged if required. This will move the job history from one client to another and archive the client. This allows the removal of duplicated clients without losing any job history.
On the Find Client page you select the client you wish to Merge and Archive by ticking the selection box on the left. You can select multiple clients if required.
Then select Merge from the Options dropdown.
You are then asked to select the client you wish to merge the job history into. Start typing the clients name and the search box will display the list of matching clients.
Select the client the job history will be merged into, and click Merge. You will receive a success notification upon completion.

The clients that have been merged will now be Archived and their job history will have been transferred.
Export Client List
On the Search Clients page you can export your client list from the MyTrucking database. Clicking on the Export Current Clients button will download the file to your computer (typically into your Downloads directory).

There are additional options to download your "One-off", "Archived" or "All Clients" by clicking on the dropdown arrow.
The files are downloaded as a CSV that can be opened in Excel.

Company Address
Your company address has been added to your General Settings page.
This address is displayed in the Delivery Notification that is automatically sent to your customer upon job completion.
