1. Email Consignment Note
If you wish to email your client the details of a job, you can do so by clicking the Email button from the Edit Job page.
Note: This initial release is a plain text email.
Clicking the Email button opens an email window where you can enter the recipients email address:
Attaching images to the email
If the job has images attached, you can select the images to be sent with the email by ticking the checkbox for each image:
2. Removing Images from a Job
If you wish to remove any images attached to a job, you can do so from the Edit Job page.
Simply select the images by ticking the box on each image and click Delete:
A confirmation window will open detailing the number of selected images where you can Cancel or Delete the images.
