In MyTrucking you can align your Delivery Vehicle to the Tracking Categories you have set up in Xero.
Simply go to Account - General Settings and in the Invoice Settings check the box "Show Tracking Codes" and click the Save Button.
Note: if you are adding a new vehicle, you will need to go to Xero and add the vehicle into the relevant Tracking Category. Then in MyTrucking, go to the vehicle page and the new Tracking Code can be selected.
On the Vehicle page (Account - Vehicles) you can now select the Tracking Codes in the drop-down list for each vehicle.
When you post invoices to Xero, the tracking code will be passed along with the invoice information to allow you to see how you vehicles are performing.
Note: if you are using Pickup and Delivery vehicles the tracking code is only passed with the "Delivery Vehicle"
