We are excited to introduce our latest mobile app release that allows you to switch between accounts, and also login with face ID or fingerprint.
How to Switch Between Multiple MyTrucking Company Accounts on the Mobile App and how to login using Face ID or Fingerprint
Do you work for multiple MyTrucking Companies and need to log out and back into the mobile app often? We understand that this can be a hassle and we want to make your experience as seamless as possible. That's why we have introduced a new feature in our latest release that allows you to switch between accounts and login with face ID or your fingerprint.
Here's how you can take advantage of this new feature:
Step 1: Update to the Latest Version of the MyTrucking Mobile App
Before you can start switching between accounts, make sure you have the latest version of the MyTrucking mobile app installed on your device. You can check for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Log Out of Your Current Account
To switch to a different MyTrucking Company account, you will first need to log out of your current account. To do this, open the MyTrucking app and click on the Sign out button.
Step 3: Log In to Your Other MyTrucking Company Account
Once you have signed out, you will be taken back to the login screen. Here, you can enter the login credentials for your other MyTrucking Company account.
💡 Top Tip
If you have enabled Face ID or Fingerprint on your device, you can follow the prompts to set it up for MyTrucking. If you don't have Face ID or Fingerprint on your device, you can enable a PIN. Simply use these features to log in quickly and securely.
Step 4: Switch Between Accounts
Now that you have successfully logged in to your other MyTrucking Company account, you can easily switch between accounts whenever you need to. Simply click on the Sign out button and select the account you want to switch to.
With this new feature, you no longer have to log out and back in every time you need to switch between MyTrucking Company accounts. This will save you time and make your experience with our mobile app more efficient.
On the Saved Logins page the Icons (truck or person) indicated whether you're a driver or an operator. The company with the tick is the one you're currently logged into.
💡 Top Tip
When you're logging in, you can click on the eye icon so you can see the password you're typing.
If you want to delete one of the saved logins, simple swipe to the left and a delete button will appear.
