To get you setup in MyTrucking quickly and easily, we simply require your Company Logo and your client list, and then your MyTrucking can be tailored specifically for you. 

This information is fully confidential and you will be given Login and Password to sign in.

If you’re using Xero, MYOB Essentials or MYOB AccountRight we can automatically connect you using the MyTrucking Wizard which makes it really simple to get started adding jobs and posting invoices. We are fully integrated with both these programmes. so invoicing is simply posted from MyTrucking directly to the Accounting programme.

All MyTrucking Customers can export a CSV report of all jobs to be invoiced regardless of the Accounting Package they are using.

These can be used to either enter your invoices into your Accounting programmes, or if your Accounting programme supports importing invoices from a CSV you can do that too.

We know from experience that the following Accounting Packages allow imports but will require some configuration to get it working.

  • Accredo
  • Empower
  • Quickbooks
  • Accomplish Cash Manager

If you don’t have an accounting package just ask us for a copy of the pre-formatted template.
