Drivers now have the ability to see Returned Jobs on the mobile app.
This feature is useful for those times where a driver has forgotten to add an image or update data on the job. This feature can be turned on for some or all of your drivers.
What is a returned job
A job that has been completed by a driver, indicated by a yellow mobile icon on the daysheet.
How to enable Returned Jobs on a drivers app
For drivers to be able to see returned jobs on the mobile app, you'll need to enable this in the Driver Settings for each Driver.
To do this:
Go to Account > Users
Click on the user and tick the box 'Can see returned jobs:'
Save
Once enabled the driver will see two tabs at the top of their mobile app, one for Active Jobs and One for Returned Jobs.
Drivers will need to download the latest version of the MyTrucking app for the feature to be available.
What type of jobs will show on the Returned Jobs tab?
Jobs will only show on the Returned Jobs tab if they are still on the daysheet. Once they have been marked as done this means the despatcher is happy with the returned job and it moves to the invoicing page.
If you have a job that is on the invoicing page, but needs the driver to update something on it, then you can simply un-mark the job as done and it will return to the daysheet and the Returned Jobs tab on the mobile app.
Jobs will only show from the date this feature is enabled for the driver.
