MyTrucking Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten you password you will need to reset it in MyTrucking. The passwords aren't visible to us either, so they need to be reset, if forgotten.
You will need to ask someone in your company (Full Access or Super User access) to login to MyTrucking and reset it for you. OR they will need to call us to reset it. (For security reasons and to keep your information safe, we need their confirmation)
For them to reset it they can simply do the following:
Go to Account - Users.
2. Your list of users are displayed at the bottom of your page. (see picture below).
Click on the username that requires resetting (the username is shown in blue). This will open the EDIT USER page.
3. From the Edit User page, you can simply type in a new password and click Save.
The password must have a minimum of 6 characters and contain a mix of uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
Customer Portal Forgotten Password
If your customer has forgotten their Customer Portal password, they can reset it themselves by clicking on the forgot password link on the login page.
