If you use MYOB for your accounting program, you are sent through the MYOB setup wizard the first time you log in to MyTrucking.
This process is needed to pull your client list into MyTrucking and create a link so you can post your job information through to MYOB for invoicing.
If the wizard stops at the company file page, it usually means you have one of your MYOB passwords wrong.
You need two passwords to authenticate with MYOB.
Your My MYOB password, used to login to MYOB (usually your email and password)
And the Administrator password to access the Company File
💡Top Tip If you're unsure about the Administrator password, it can be re-set in MYOB.
If this happens, simply pop us a message (support@mytrucking.com) and we will re-set the wizard so you can try again once you've confirmed your passwords.
