MyTrucking is an online (cloud based) system targeted at small to medium transport companies. It is designed to replace a traditional diary system, and its key design philosophy is to be simple to use, and greatly improve the workflow, managing jobs through to invoicing.
Jobs are entered into MyTrucking and that information is passed from the "Daysheet" though to an "Invoicing" page and finally posted through to the companies accounting program.
The Daysheet is where the jobs are managed by being scheduled and vehicles assigned.
The jobs are sent to a Mobile App so the drivers can perform the delivery without relying on paper. They submit the jobs when completed so that the dispatcher is aware the job has been done.
The Invoicing page allows prices to be checked and from here the job can be sent to Xero and MYOB AccountRight using an API so that the invoice is generated automatically.
The invoice information can also be exported to Excel(CSV) files, so that other accounting packages can import the data to generate invoices.
Features such as Automatic Invoice description generation, Auto pricing (previous prices are remembered), and extensive reporting allow customers to manage their jobs quickly and effectively.
