If the mobile app does not open properly or displays an orange screen, the phone

or tablet is running old software and needs to be updated.

This can be common if you have drivers or subcontractors that only come in once a

year over your busy season, such as harvest.

To fix this, the driver needs to update the software on their phone or tablet, then re-install the MyTrucking app, they can do this by following the below steps:

  • Go into the phone settings,
  • Click the magnifying glass icon, type in "software" then search,
  • This will give them the options to look for required updates and to update the version of software they are using.
  • Once they have updated their phone, they need to uninstall and re-install the MyTrucking mobile app. To do this tap and hold your finger down on the MyTrucking app, click Remove or Delete App. Then go to your App Store and download the MyTrucking App.

You should now be good to go.
