Why am I being asked to verify my email address?
We've added a self‑service “Forgot Password” feature to our Login Screen, this will allow you more freedom to reset your own password whenever necessary.
To enable this feature, we need to make sure the email address on your account is up to date.
You’ll be prompted to Confirm the email address is correct before sending the link. You can skip this step 3 times before you will be forced to confirm your email.
Type in your email, then click “Confirm your email”
We will then send you an email to the address you entered with a link to confirm
The email should look like this, click “Confirm your email” this should direct you back to your MyTrucking Login. If you can't see the button, click on the link to confirm.
If you entered an incorrect email address, you have the option to choose another email. Once you have confirmed your email, this will update the email address field on your user record in MyTrucking.
Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues
If you’ve received the verification email but can’t see the confirmation button, the link or the email content, this is usually caused by your email program blocking images or external content. Try the steps below to resolve it.
1. View the Email in a Different App
Sometimes your email client may block or hide content.
Try opening the email on your mobile phone if you have your email set up there.
Or log in to your webmail (e.g., Outlook Web, Gmail in a browser) instead of using your desktop email app.
2. Allow Blocked Content
Your email program may be hiding images—which include the confirmation button.
Look for a message such as “Download Pictures”, “Show Blocked Content”, or “Display Images” at the top of the email.
Click to allow the content to display.
3. Add Us to Your Safe Senders
Adding our address to your safe senders list can prevent images or buttons from being blocked.
Add support@mytrucking.com to your Safe Sender/Trusted Sender list.
Update your security settings to allow images from safe senders.
4. Check Other Folders
If you don’t see the email:
Look in Spam/Junk and move the email back to your inbox
In Outlook, also check the Other tab (next to “Focused”).
If the email still doesn’t arrive, your organisation’s security settings may be blocking it. Please ensure that emails from support@mytrucking.com are allowed.
5. Here are some useful guides:
Outlook – How to allow blocked images
Gmail – How to turn images on or off
Every email system is a little different, so if you use another provider we recommend searching online for “allow blocked images in [your email program]” for steps specific to your setup.
