New Daysheet with New Reports

We are excited to announce the release of our new daysheet, which comes with a variety of new daysheet reports (accessed via the daysheet) to help you better manage your business.

⚙️ Customise Your View

Click the Settings Cog to choose which columns you want to display on your daysheet. Each column represents a field, and you can select the ones that matter most to you. Save your preferences, these settings are applied at the user level, so they won’t affect anyone else’s view.

You can now display all three reference fields on your daysheet. This has been one of our most popular feature requests, and it’s finally here.

📅 Flexible Date Selection

Use the new Date Selector to view your daysheet by Day, Week, Month, All, or a Custom Range. It’s now easier than ever to focus on the time period that matters most to you. To get back to Todays jobs, simply click on the TODAY button. If you want to see unscheduled jobs and contracts, make sure to click All Jobs.

💡 Top Tip

When you first view the New Daysheet, the sort order may be different to what you're used to. All you need to do is set your default sort order by clicking on the column headings you wish to sort by.

Accessing the Daysheet Reports

To access the daysheet reports, click on the email or print icon on the daysheet.

This will take you to a report where you can set your required fields and save the report. These fields will determine the data that is included in the report.

Note for Super and Full Access Users:
Any report options you save for the Daysheet Report will be applied to all users.

Customising the Daysheet Report

Once the Daysheet Report is generated, you can:

  • Rearrange columns to your preferred order.

  • Drag a column into the grouping section to organise data by that column.

  • Export the report to PDF, print, or email it.

If you have a preferred column layout, you can save it for future use. This setting is saved at the user level, meaning it applies only to your reports.

Emailing the Report

When emailing a report, you can:

  • Add multiple recipients by separating email addresses with commas.

  • Customise the subject line, message body, and attached filename.
