Accessing the Daysheet Reports
To access the Daysheet Report, click the Email or Print icon on the Daysheet.
This will open the report preview, where you can customise which information is included and how it is displayed.
Note for Super and Full Access Users
Any report options saved as the company default will be applied to all users in your MyTrucking account.
Customising the Daysheet Report
Once the Daysheet Report is open, click the Settings ⚙️ icon to customise the report.
From here, you can:
Select which fields are included in the report.
Drag column boundaries to adjust column widths.
Drag and drop columns to change their order.
Saving as the Company Default
If you are a Super User or Full Access User, you can save your selected fields and column layout as the company default.
To do this:
Click the Settings ⚙️ icon.
Configure the fields and column layout as required.
Click Save as Company Default.
Any changes saved as the company default will apply to all users generating the Daysheet Report.
Time Format
If you use Pickup Time and Delivery Time, you can run the Time Format Report. This report displays jobs using their pickup and delivery times, with pickup and delivery activities shown in sequential order. This is helpful for vehicles that are doing multiple pickup and deliveries in one run.
Note: The Time Format Report format is only available when viewing as a PDF, printing, or emailing the report. It is not available in the on-screen report preview.
Printing the Report
You can print the Daysheet Report directly using the Print button.
Emailing the Report
When emailing a report, you can:
Add multiple recipients by separating email addresses with commas.
Customise the subject line, message body, and attached filename.
